This Double IPA is brewed with 5 of our favorite hops including Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, Mosaic, and Amarillo. Ares has a soft mouth feel and is bursting with tropical fruit notes. But watch your step, as Ares is the God of War. ABV: 8%

This Double IPA is part of our exploration series. Too often, we become complacent and forget to push the boundaries and search the unending hop combinations to find a stroke of genius. Time to get back to class! This version features an experimental yeast, Yakima Chief Citra, and Strata from Crosby Hops. ABV 8%

This gluten-free fruited sour is focused on the lighter side of fruit and flavor. This version blends Passion Fruit, Mango, and Peach to create a lower ABV, lighter-bodied, and easier-drinking version of our beloved Hydra Smoothies.

As you take that first sip, your senses will be greeted by the luscious embrace of Passion Fruit, its tartness awakening your palate. The Mango sweeps in, offering a burst of tropical sunshine, while the Peach delicately intertwines, adding a subtle sweetness that lingers on your tongue. ABV: 5%

We began with a light, smooth foundation and then added Lupomax Citra, NZ Cascade, and Peacharine hops from Freestyle Hops. Priestess to Hecate, the source of her magic, but don’t be fooled—you might recognize this!  ABV: 8%

This Pale Ale is hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Columbus hops. It is light bodied and packed with grapefruit, passion fruit, and floral citrus flavors. We conditioned this version is conditioned on Pineapple. ABV: 5.5%

This Triple IPA is brewed with Citra, Freestlye Nelson, and Comet. This was not detected on the Asteroid Terrestrial-impact Last Alert System station, but the flavors are definitely interstellar! Tons of citrus, with hints of passion fruit, blueberry, and a touch of gooseberry, bring this Triple IPA home. 10% ABV

This Double IPA is brewed to showcase intense tropical vibes. Brewed with NZ Mega Terps, Simcoe, and hand-selected Citra, expect an intense, sweet, and tropical aroma and flavor. A Splash of lemon-lime with fresh honeydew, notes of berries, and passion fruit. Happy harvest!  8% ABV
