This Double IPA is part of our exploration series. Too often, we become complacent, forget to push the boundaries, and search the unending hop combinations to find a stroke of genius. Time to get back to class! This version features hand-selected Citra and Mosaic, as well as Citra Terp Sauce and NZH 104 hops.

This Double IPA highlights Yakima Chief hops. Hand selected lots of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic have been used in the dry hop bringing flavors of berries, tropical citrus, and peach. ABV 8%

This Double IPA starts with a blend of Citra and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool. The base then receives a significant addition of Citra, Cryo Citra, and Terp Sauce Citra in the dry hop. Tropical pineapple is met with an explosion of citrus flavors. ABV 8%

This Double IPA is brewed in celebration of May the fourth. After a generous hopping of Citra, New Zealand Cascade, and Mosaic we treated the beer with mango puree. ABV 8%

This Double IPA showcases Cascade hops. We blended additional citrus flavors from Citra and Mosaic in the dry hop to provide a ripe and juicy encounter.  ABV: 8%

This Gluten Free Fruited Sour is focused on the lighter side of fruit & flavor. This version blends strawberry, grape, and peanut butter to create a lower ABV, lighter-bodied, and easier-drinking version of our beloved Hydra Smoothies. ABV: 5%

This Fruited Smoothie Sour blends strawberries and lime together to form a vibrant colored smoothie. Inspired by a classic cocktail, spun and crushed with fresh out of the blender vibes. ABV  6%

This Fruited Smoothie Sour is brewed in collaboration with Baos. It blends strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, passion fruit, kiwi, vanilla, and toasted marshmallow to form just one of this monster’s many heads. Keep your eyes peeled for even more flavor combinations. ABV: 7%

This Double IPA is brewed to showcase tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Utilizing our hand-selected Citra and HBC1019. Valencia Orange, Honeydew melon, Stone fruit, and a hint of Caramelized Banana blend with the soft body to create an enjoyable experience.  ABV: 8%

Brewed with our friends at Finback, the harmonious fusion of hand-selected Citra, New Zealand Motueka, and Peacharine hops in this IPA elevates the senses to new heights. This Double IPA was brewed in collaboration with Belleflower Brewing Company. The soft hazy base received a dry hop of Cryo Pop, Freestyle Peacharine, and our hand selected Yakima Chief Simcoe. A unique blend that brings loads of stone fruit, tropical citrus, lime, and a hint of nectarine.  ABV: 8%
